Braveland is a turn-based game inspired by old-school strategies with hexagonal battlefield. You will start as a humble warriors son whose village was cruelly raided and will end as talented commander of your army.
The story will take place in a hand-drawn world and cover many interesting places and characters. Various warriors will join your army - archers, scouts, healers, footmen, arbalesters and more.

Pros and cons of Braveland app for iPhone and iPad

Decent game but no continued playability once you beat it because of how they do random encounters (you get a limited number of encounters in the entire game. If youre exceptionally lucky, you can get one bonus encounter per story encounter by sailing, and a few extra encounters in caves). Areas on the map also randomly do or dont have extra encounters. Overall Im a bit baffled by this decision. Opening an arena at the end of the game to keep playing around would have been easy enough, and fun to boot. Or at least allowing limitless random encounters when sailing would be nice. Oh well. Fun for what it is, and a bit of a letdown for what it isnt but could be (like Braveland 2)
Quite nice game, but short story ;) will there be a "Book two"?
Nicely done. Graphic is quite good - but more important: fun is enormous. I really like that kind of round-based strategy games with a touch of role-playing. You can hire more soldiers with every level-up and you can also equip your hero to strengthn your troops. Well done!
Tutorial could explain a bit more. Like what exactly are the numbers for (level of characters/strength). But apart from that- very, very nice and rather addictive, I have to say.
This game plays so well. The combat is interesting and so far the concept of the game seems good. My only complaint is that there isnt a tutorial and some things arent so clear in the game. Otherwise it would be a five star.
Its a great game that reminds me Heroes of M & M. Its a bit short and linear, and some kind of arena would be great to build up hero or gain some gold. Cant wait for a sequel to this one!

Some bad moments

Great games. Its light on strategy and pretty much linear and somewhat simple. But its still a good game.
Fun game! I hope they dont destroy it by adding IAPs. Mechanics are easy to learn. My only complaint is its completed to quickly, and youre left hanging after the last battle with the ending to a "Book One." Hopefully we wont have to wait too long for the continuation of the story!
Had fun playing this game, was quite nice paying for a game and just playing it without IAPs. Played it to the end. The game is short, but I did only pay a few dollars for a well made, simple to play game. Do Not look for FF Tactics here, but have fun still. Perhaps they will come out with "Book 2" eventually.
This is a fun little game. A simple turn based strat...recruit units in camps, buy equipment in shops and beat the villain! I dont understand why people give it low reviews for being short ... For 2.99$ you cant be expecting 20 hours of epic gameplay. Depending on how well you play and difficulty I would say gameplay anywhere from 3-6 hours. :) Id also like to mention that this game has no iaps! I really like to support good games like this ... You should too!
The app is too big for the screen. Are there any solutions to this?
This game is very fun, does involves strategy and has a nice soundtrack. It is also refreshing to pay for a game and have the purchase price be the only payment you make. 5 stars for being a fun game and 5 stars for the integrity of the game creators. Maybe their peers can learn something from this-
